THE STUDY OF THE ASSEMBLY STRESSES OVER AND ABOVE FIELD OF THE LAME PROBLEM FOR INTERFERENCE FIT CONSTRUCTION

  • The "assembly stresses" produced in assembly process for the component consisted of containing part and contained part by interference fit are equal class in amount often as compared with to "working stresses" produced in working loads even larger than the assembly stresses, thus, the assembly stresses are not neglectable composition for the strength calculation and construction design on this type of the construction. Therefore it has important significance on theory and practical value that probing and achieving the credible calculation method of the assembly stresses. It is unsolved at all time that credible calculation method for the interference fit construction consisted of the containing part and contained part in unequal length. Author made study and large calculation as well as verify by test. thereby it is satisfactorily solved for the calculation problem of the assembly stresses with regard to interference fit construction as for any shape.
