STUDY ON THE DYNAMIC TIME HISTORY ANALYSIS OF CCCG SOUTH HEADQUARTER BUILDING

  • The most common analysis method of complex highrise buildings is the response spectrum analysis, elastic time history analysis, pushover analysis and etc. For the analysis of those highrise buildings whose height is higher than 200 meters, their natural periods are longer than 4 seconds, the dynamic nonlinear analysis would be more accurate. In this paper, the dynamic nonlinear analysis was executed by using the Perform-3D program. Through the analysis, the structural dynamic response and plastic stages due to a rare earthquake were obtained, which also satisfied the seismic performance objectives of Chinese design code.
