APPLICATION AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION ANALYSIS OF THERMAO INSULATION AND HEAT STORAGE PHASE CHANGE MATERIAL WITH GLAZED HOLLOW BEADS IN GREENHOUSE

  • According to the Phase change principle and integrating with thermal insulation material with Glazed Hollow Beads (G.H.B.), the paper presents the development of a new kind of thermal insulation and heat storage organic material. By means of the modal experimentation, the comparing test of indoor temperature of a Liaoshen Ⅰgreenhouse and a low energy consumption greenhouse possessing thermal insulation and heat storage phase change material with Glazed Hollow Beads has done on the basis of testing results and simple estimation based on steady heat transfer theory, and the paper provides the calculation of energy consumption of a Liaoshen Ⅰgreenhouse and a low energy consumption greenhouse. Researching results show that under the utilization of thermal insulation and heat storage phase change material with Glazed Hollow Beads in the greenhouse, not only is decreased the wall thickness of the greenhouse, but also is fulfilled the requirement to indoor temperature of a warm winter type greenhouse with low energy consumption.
