盘形滚刀作用下岩石应变计算方法的探讨

CALCULATING METHOD OF ROCK STRAIN LOADED BY DISC CUTTER

  • 摘要: 全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀破岩机理是全断面岩石掘进机研制和应用领域研究的热点和难点。通过对盘形滚刀压痕试验、线性切槽试验和盘形滚刀滚压岩石的圆槽试验发现,盘形滚刀破岩方式不同,岩石剥落状况也不同。以此为研究基础,以盘形滚刀弧刃域与岩石的相互作用为研究对象,以盘形滚刀已有一定切深、逐步到达一定切深和盘形滚刀线性切槽为研究内容,探讨了盘形滚刀与岩石不同作用方式下的盘形滚刀弧形刃域相应点岩石位移和应变的计算理论和计算方法,导出了相应的计算公式,从而为盘形滚刀破岩机理的研究及其物理方程的建立奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: The rock-breaking mechanism of TBM disc cutter is a crux in the study and application of TBM. From the disc cutter indenting test, the linear grooving test and circular grooving test of TBM, it is found that the rock-breaking styles of TBM are different, so is the spalling of rock. Based upon the above tests, aiming at the interaction between the arc-edged domain and rock, this paper develops the calculation theory and method to calculate the displacement and strain of rock at points neighboring the arc edge of disc cutter. The disc cutter interacts with rocks in different fashions, and it has mainly 3 working manners: existing cutting depth, gradually reaching required depth and linear grooving of disc cutter. This study establishes a solid foundation for research on rock-breaking mechanism of disc cutter.
