一种适合于农村民居的抗震实用技术

A PRACTICAL TECHNOLOGY FOR SEISMIC RESISTANCE OF RURAL RESIDENCE

  • 摘要: 该文针对我国广大农村民居的特点,分别介绍了针对既有建筑与新建建筑的抗震实用新技术。对于既有建筑,可采用性能好、造价低廉的高性能水泥复合砂浆薄层(HPFL)加固,加固形式包括复合砂浆钢筋网薄层与砖墙组成的组合圈梁、组合构造柱的加固方法与组合剪刀撑加固法;对于新建建筑,可采用在房屋的基础顶面设置一种新型的钢筋-沥青复合隔震层,该隔震层有效的减震效果、低廉的造价和简易的施工方法适宜在广大农村新建房屋建筑中推广使用。

     

    Abstract: In view of the characteristics of rural residence, a new practical technology to enhance its seismic resistance was introduced for both existing buildings and new buildings. For existing buildings, the house can be strengthened with High-Performance Ferro-cement Laminate (HPFL), which can form combination ring beam, combination column and combination scissors brace. For new buildings, a new type of steel - asphalt composite isolation layer can be set in the top surface of foundation, which has advantages of good damping effect, low cost and convenient construction, and is suitable for most new buildings in rural areas.
