THE STRESS ANALYSIS METHOD OF THE THICK WALL BRANCH TUBE

  • 摘要: 文中用有限单元法的三维等参元对岔管进行了应力分析,给出了岔管交接区的影响范围L=2.7√Rt。对已有实验结果的岔管进行了计算,计算表明:用三维等参元分析厚壁岔管是有效的方法。文中的程序可用于分析各种回转体岔管,例如锥形岔管。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,We have performed stress analysis for the thick wall branch tube by three dimensions finite element method.The region(3√r·t)of effect due to intersection is given by the calculation of the finite element.Numerical calculation examples are given and comparisons are made with the test results. It is shown 1hat the analysis of the thick wall branch tube by the finite element method is effective.
