Weight Function and Stress Intensity Factors of an Elliptical Crack

  • 摘要: 本文推导了承受作用在同心椭圆周上法向均匀分布力拉伸的无限大体椭圆裂纹的权函数,并用它计算了一些应力强度因子K1。对于椭圆裂纹的特殊情况——圆盘裂纹,则相应的应力强度因子K1与文献1完全相同。本文所提出的方法具有计算简便的优点。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the weight function of an elliptical crack stretched to uniform load distibuted along a concentric circumference of an ellipse in an infinite elastic solid is obtained. The stress-intensity factors K1 are calculated by using the weight function. For the special case of an elliptical crack—a penny-shaped crack, the corresponding stress-int pensity factors K1 are in agreement with the reference1, The methodresented in this paper is very simple.
