A TWO-STEP TIME ELEMENT METHODS FOR INITIAL VALUE PROBLEMS OF ELASTODYNAMICS BY GURTIN VARIATIONAL PRINCIPLE

  • 摘要: 本文以Gurtin变分原理为基础,应用Ritz法,通过采用五次Her-mite插值多项式在时间域上逼近广义位移,建立了一种计算动力学初值问题的两步时间元法,并构造出相应的无条件稳定计算格式。算例表明,与现有结构动力分析方法相比,本文方法具有更高的精度。

     

    Abstract: Based on Gurtin variational principle, a two-step time element method for initial value problems is presented by applyingfive-order Hermitian interpolation to time domain. The formulation ofunconditional stability is also suggested. Numerical results prove that higher accuracy can be obtained by using the methods than the existing methods for dynamic responses
