模态缩减法在组合结构振动特性分析中的应用

THE APPLICATION OF MODAL REDUCING METHOD IN DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF COMBINED STRUCTURE

  • 摘要: 本文将子结构通过联结元件联结为组合结构的过程处理为结构的修改,利用各子结构已知的振动特性,应用模态缩减法对组合结构的自由度进行压缩,快速预测组合结构的振动特性。在模态缩减中,取各子结构的剩余附着模态作为其保留模态的补充,以提高计算的精度。对于含刚体模态的子结构,采取移频技术进行处理,计算表明,子结构移频后,对应的刚体模态也取为保留模态时,既可简化计算过程又有利于提高计算精度。文中给出了具体的计算实例。

     

    Abstract: The process of connecting two substructures by a component to form a combined structure is dealt with as structure modification in this paper. The known dynamic characteristics of the substructures are used to predict the dynamic characteristics of the combined structure by modal reducing method. The residual adjunct modes of each substructure are added to the keeping ones in order to improve the accuracy. When the substructure has rigid modes, the frequency shifting technique is used. It is shown that if the rigid modes are selected as keeping ones, the computing procedure will be efficient and expedient. Examples are given in the paper.
