A NUMERICAL STUDY OF STRESS STATE PARAMETERS AND FRETTING WEAR PARAMETERS IN FRETTING FATIGUE

  • 摘要: 本文对微动疲劳中的力学参数作出了研究。微动接触面上的力学参数可分为应力状态参数(SSP)和微动磨损参数(FWP)两类,并将应力状态参数综合为当量应力σ-1E,而将微动磨损参数用摩擦功W来表示.对桥式微动疲劳试件和燕尾型榫联接试件的数值分析表明,在微动接触面上疲劳断裂处的σ-1EW值较大。因此,有可能使用了σ-1EW值作为预测微动疲劳失效的两个基本参数。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a study of the mechanical parameters in fretting fatigue was made. The mechanical parameters in fretting fatigue were divided into two kinds, which were stress state parameters (SSP) and fretting wear parameters (FWP). The equivalent stress σ-1E was formulated for the effects of SSP on fretting fatigue. The friction work W was used to express the effects of FWP on fretting fatigue. On the basis of boundary element methods, the numerical analysis of specimens, which were bridge-line fretting-fatigue specimens and dovetail joint specimens, showed that the parameters σ-1E and W were relatively large in the vicinity of fretting fatigue crack.Therefore, it is possible to take the equivalent stress σ-1E and friction work W as the twO basic parameters of predicting the fretting fatigue failure.
