冻结壁融化阶段井壁破裂因素分析及防破裂措施研究

FRACTURE ANALYSIS AND PREVENTION MEASURES OF FRACTION INITIATION IN THE MELTING STAGE OF FROZEN SHAFT WALL

  • 摘要: 文章通过对立井井壁破裂因素的分析及现代力学理论的应用,确定了冻结立井在冻结壁融化阶段井壁破裂的具体位置,并利用温度应力场理论及对井筒危险层面的研究,着重论述了温度变化对立井井壁强度的影响,建立了有关应力的计算解析式和考核井壁破裂的强度准则,最后通过对具体实例的分析,验证了上述理论的正确性和适用性.对工程现场及井壁设计均具有较大的指导意义.

     

    Abstract: Based on fracture analysis, the fracture on the frozen shaft wall in the melting stage is detected. The influence of thermal stress and vulnerable layer on the shaft wall strength is investigated. The stress formulae and strength criterion are established. An example is provided to verify the theory in present paper.
