ON THE GEOMETRICALCONDITIONS OF ELIMINATING STRESS SINGULARITIES NEAR BI-MATERIALINTERFACE END

  • 摘要: 基于Bogy特征值方程,分析了消除界面端奇异应力场的几何条件,给出了平面应力和平面应变条件下的接合角组合曲线.应用有限单元法对上述结果进行了验证,并对消除应力奇异性后的界面应力进行了分析与讨论;结果表明:采用刚好使奇异性消失的接合角会获得最均匀的界面应力分布.

     

    Abstract: Based on Bogy's characteristic equation, the geometrical conditions of eliminating stress singularities near bi-materials interface end are investigated, and contours of the combination of wedge angles are obtained for plane stress and plane strain problems. The results are verified using finite element method. The distributions of the stress along interface after the disappearance of stress singularity are analyzed and discussed. The results show that the stress distribution along the interface can become smoother with two critical wedge angles.
