TRAIN-BRIDGE INTERACTION ANALYSIS OF LINEAR INDUCTION MOTOR DRIVEN TRANSIT SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 直线电机轨道交通系统(LIM系统)具有很多优点,适合于在城市中发展。该文在对车载电机产生的电磁力进行分析的基础上,建立了用于分析LIM列车-桥梁系统振动的动力模型。以一座3跨简支梁桥为工程背景,运用专门编制的计算机程序对LIM列车-桥梁系统的动力响应进行了计算,分析了各种因素对LIM系统的振动影响,并对LIM车辆与桥梁的动力性能进行了评价。计算结果显示:轨道不平顺显著影响抱轴式LIM列车所受的电磁力,磁极气隙的设置、电磁力的大小和方向及列车速度对车桥系统的振动尤其是竖向振动有一定的影响。LIM列车在桥上运行时,车辆的各项动力性能指标完全满足行车安全性和平稳性的要求,桥梁的动力性能指标也符合规范要求。LIM系统具有出色的动力性能。

     

    Abstract: Linear Induction Motor driven transit system (LIM system) has many merits and it has potential to be developed in cities. Based on the analysis of the electromagnetic force generated by the vehicle motor, a dynamic model for analyzing the vibrations of the LIM train-bridge system is established. Taking a 3-span simply-supported bridge as an engineering background, the dynamic responses of the LIM train-bridge system are calculated using a specific computer program. Then the vibration influences of different operating conditions on the LIM system are discussed and the dynamic performances of the LIM train and the bridge are evaluated. The calculated results show that the track irregularities influence the electromagnetic force of the the axle suspending LIM train significantly. In addition, the setting of the electromagnetic gap, the value and the direction of the electromagnetic force, and the vehicle speed have definite influences on the dynamic responses, especially the vertical vibrations of the train-bridge system. When the LIM train is passing the bridge, the dynamic performance indices of the vehicles meet the requirements of the running safety and stability, and the dynamic performance indices of the bridge meet the requirements of the criterion too.
