导弹适配器与发射筒过盈配合研究

THE RESEARCH ON INTERFERENCE FIT BETWEEN MISSILE ADAPTER AND LAUNCH CANISTER

  • 摘要: 针对导弹适配器与发射筒过盈配合问题,根据力学平衡原理,分别推导了可压缩橡胶泡沫圆筒和不可压橡胶圆筒的变形模式,给出了位移、应力表达式,建立了求解适配器与发射筒过盈配合问题的非线性代数方程组。采用有限元法和解析解法对某导弹适配器与发射筒过盈配合问题进行了计算和对比,结果表明:有限元法计算的位移和应力与理论解吻合很好,但是当材料交界面和过盈配合面上环向应力不连续时,有限元解误差较大。该文揭示了适配器和发射筒的应力和位移在不同过盈量下的变化规律,为适配器的设计提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of interference fit between missile adapter and launch tube, this paper develops theoretical expression for the displacement and stress of compressible elastomeric foam hollow cylinder and incompressible rubber hollow cylinder under pressure based on mechanical equilibrium. And a set of nonlinear equations for solving the problem of interference fit between missile adapter and Launch Canister is established. The finite element results are in good agreement with those of theoretical soultions except that the the circumferential stress by the finite element method has larger error when diffent stress exists at the material connecting surface and the interference fit surface. The variation of stress and displacement along the radial of cylinder is revealed and theoretical basis is provided for designing missile adapter.
