隧道水平冻结施工过程的数值模拟

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION BY HORIZONTAL GROUND FREEING METHOD

  • 摘要: 地层冻结是一个水、热、力三场耦合的复杂问题,为了直观了解冻结壁形成过程中,土体温度场分布极其随时间的变化规律,得到合适的地层冻结工艺参数和指标,并掌握冻结壁的力学特性,了解开挖隧道对土层稳定性的影响,保证工程的安全,针对某隧道工程,采用准耦合数值分析方法,对其水平冻结施工过程进行了数值模拟,研究表明:地层冻结加固有效地控制了地层和地表的变形,提高了隧道土体的稳定性。计算结果可供类似工程参考,并提供了一种概念清晰、计算简便、实用的水平冻结施工过程的数值模拟方法。

     

    Abstract: The freezing of strata is a complicated issue involving the thermal- solid - fluid coupling field. In this paper, a tunnel project with horizontal freezing is simulated by quasi-coupling numerical analysis method. The distribution of temperature in the soil and its variation with time are investigated to obtain proper technical parameters, characteristics of the strata freezing process, and mechanical properties of the frozen wall. The influence of digging a tunnel on the stability of the ground is also studied to ensure the safety of the construction. It is found that the horizontal ground freezing effectively constrains the deformation of the strata and the ground surface.
