典型火炮结构振动分析与前支架设计改进

Vibration Analysis of Typical Artillery and IMPROVEment of Front Bracket

  • 摘要: 该文重点讨论了前支架对炮口振动水平的影响以及前支架设计的改进。首先采用有限元法,计算了火炮工作过程中结构的瞬态响应,得到了炮口的振动特性曲线;其次,通过参数分析,明确了对发射精度可能产生影响的火炮结构参数及其对炮口振动的影响。研究表明,前支点的位置及前支架的刚度对炮口振动有显著影响。以炮口最大振幅最小为目标,以支架构件尺寸和前支点位置等为设计参数,获得了合适的前置点位置和前支架构件尺寸,新设计的振动幅值显著降低。

     

    Abstract: Both the influence of typical artillery’s front bracket on muzzle’s vibration and the improved design of the bracket are studied.Firstly,the instant response of the structure and the vibration property curve of the muzzle under working are obtained by the finite element method.Then,the structural parameters of an artillery that have an important influence on shooting accuracy and muzzle’s vibration are clarified by parameter analysis.The analysis results show that the location of the front fulcrum and the stiffness of the front bracket have great influences on the muzzle’s vibration.In order to minimize the peak excursion of the muzzle,the thickness of the bracket plate and the location of the front fulcrum as design parameters are discussed and optimum structural size and front fulcrum’s location are obtained.The amplitude of muzzle’s vibration of the new design has greatly reduced.
