织物增强砂浆加固RC双向板抗弯性能研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON FLEXURAL BEHAVIOR OF CONCRETE TWO-WAY SLABS STRENGTHENED WITH TEXTILE-REINFORCED MORTAR

  • 摘要: 织物增强砂浆(TRM)在加固钢筋混凝土(RC)结构方面具有优异的耐久性和基体相容性。本文通过6块RC双向板的四点加载弯曲试验,研究了混凝土强度(C15和C30)、加固方式(纯砂浆、单层TRM、双层TRM)对RC双向板抗弯性能的影响。结果表明,TRM加固显著提高了构件的开裂荷载、抗弯刚度及极限承载力。其中,双层TRM加固低强度混凝土板的效果最为显著,其极限承载力和裂后刚度分别提升了68%和160%。TRM层能有效限制裂缝扩展,使板底裂缝分布更加细密均匀。加固试件的破坏模式以织物滑移或断裂为主,有效避免了构件的脆性破坏。

     

    Abstract: Textile-reinforced mortar (TRM) exhibits excellent durability and compatibility with concrete substrates for strengthening reinforced concrete (RC) structures. In this study, four-point bending tests were conducted on six RC two-way slabs to investigate the effects of concrete strength (C15 and C30) and strengthening schemes (mortar-only, single-layer TRM, and double-layer TRM) on the flexural performance of RC two-way slabs. The results show that TRM strengthening significantly increases the cracking load, flexural stiffness, and ultimate load capacity of the slabs. In particular, double-layer TRM strengthening is the most effective for low-strength concrete slabs, resulting in an increase of 68% in ultimate load capacity and an increase of 160% in post-cracking stiffness. Moreover, the TRM layer effectively restricts crack propagation, leading to a finer and more uniform crack distribution at the slab bottom. The failure modes of the strengthened specimens are mainly controlled by textile slippage or rupture, effectively preventing the brittle failure of the slabs.
