单边螺栓发展现状与展望

DEVELOPMENT STATUS AND PROSPECTS OF ONE-SIDE BOLTS

  • 摘要: 为了使闭口截面柱和梁之间的连接更加高效,诸多类型可实现单侧安装和单侧紧固的单边螺栓得以开发和应用,这些单边螺栓在组成、安装方式、紧固机制以及受力机理等方面各有特点。共对22种单边螺栓进行了调研,根据紧固机制将单边螺栓分为2个大类和5个小类。对每种单边螺栓的组成、安装方式和紧固机理进行了详细的叙述,同时对部分重要单边螺栓的发展脉络和受力性能研究进行了梳理;对单边螺栓和高强度螺栓受力性能的量化对比表明目前仅有少部分单边螺栓的受力性能可以达到高强度螺栓的水平。在此基础上,对单边螺栓的发展和研究方向提出了展望,以期为单边螺栓在建筑结构领域的工程实践提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Various one-side bolts have been developed and applied to facilitate the connection between closed section columns and beams, which are distinguished by compositions, installation methods, tightening mechanisms and bearing mechanisms. 22 types of one-side bolts are investigated, which are divided into 2 main categories and 5 sub-categories according to their tightening mechanisms. The constitutes, tightening mechanisms and installation methods of each one-side bolt are introduced in detail, and the development sequences and mechanical performance of partial important one-side bolts are sorted out. The quantitative comparison of mechanical properties between one-side bolts and high strength bolts shows that only several one-side bolts have comparative mechanical performance as high-strength bolts. On the basis of review, the prospects on the development and research directions of one-side bolts are proposed to provide reference for the engineering practice of one-side bolts in building structures.
